Application Terms and Conditions:

👉As per the guidelines published on the website, the interested candidates have to send the application form online on the website http://dghsp.teletalk.com.bd. No direct/postal applications will be entertained.

👉The latest regulations of the government will be followed in the matter of recruitment and quota determination.

👉Age of the applicant should be minimum 18 (eighteen) and maximum 30 (thirty) years as on 01/11/2022. Maximum age limit for children of heroic freedom fighters/disabled is 32 (thirty two) years. Affidavit regarding age is not admissible.

👉Candidates employed in Govt/Semi Govt and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authority.

👉Preliminarily shortlisted candidates will have to pass the written and oral test as per the decision of the authority. Candidates selected for oral test only have to produce original copies of the following documents and submit 02 (two) attested copies at the time of oral test. All attestations/certifications shall be carried out by Government Class I Officers.

(a) Attested copies of all educational qualification certificates.

(b) Original/attested copy of Nationality Certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor of City Corporation in support of the permanent address mentioned in the job application form, own district and nationality.

(c) Character certificate issued by a gazetted officer of the first class.

(d) Children of heroic freedom fighters, Municipal Mayor/City regarding the relationship of the applicant with freedom fighters in the children's quota. Certificate issued by Ward Councilor/ UP Chairman of the Corporation should be attached.

(e) In case of candidates applying under minority and other quotas, attested photocopies of certificates issued by appropriate authorities should be attached.

👉The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification.

👉No daily allowance and traveling allowance will be paid to the candidate for appearing in written and oral examination.

👉The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.


The application deadline is as follows:

(i) Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time 17/11/2022 AD. Eng from 10.00 am.

(ii) Last date and time of submission of application online is 16/12/2022 AD. Eng till 5:00 p.m.

(iii) Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application online.

👉In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photo (length 300×width 300) pixels and signature (length 300×width 80) pixels and upload it to the designated place. Photo size should be maximum 100 kb and signature size should be maximum 60 kb.

👉Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the online application form.

👉Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam related need.



The candidate has to declare in the declaration section of the online application form that all the information provided by the candidate in the application form is correct and true. If the information provided is found to be untrue or false or found to be ineligible or resort to any fraud or corruption or indulges in forgery or malpractice in the examination, at any stage before or after the examination or even after recruitment, the candidature will be canceled and legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate.

👉It is advised to fill the application form online and submit the application fee with sufficient time in hand without waiting for the last date and time.
